HI! Here is a little about me...

The gift that motherhood has given me and my art practice is lack of time. I have an extremely supportive spouse and community that help me keep a semi-regular studio schedule but they are smaller chunks of time that are few and far between.
When I do get a chance to work, I am not distracted because I can't be, but what I am is grateful. I am painting completely for myself and the emotional and spiritual needs that art making fulfill in me. Time constraints means I am painting in a new an easy medium. Gratification means I am focusing on subjects that fill me with peace and joy. I have started a series of tiny watercolor landscapes, painted from photos I take on outdoor adventures.
